We will issue promissory notes in amounts of $100, $250, $500, $1,000 and above. We will pay 6% annual interest for notes under $1,000 and 8% annual interest on notes of $1,000 or more with one, two, and three year maturity rates (to be determined by the person acquiring the note). The interest will be paid annually if over $50 and if under $50, it will be paid upon the end of the note's term.
On the maturity date, the note will be redeemed by our company.
The buyer may wish to renew at this time if so desired.

For many moons we have had many people who said that they would love to be a part of Cestari Sheep & Wool Co., and all that it represents. I have been giving a lot of thought to that idea and have developed a plan that can do just that!
Our company, a S Corporation, incorporated in Virginia, will issue promissory notes in amounts of $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or more. We will pay 6% annual interest for less than $1,000 notes and 8% annual interest for $1,000 or more notes with one, two and three year maturity rates to be determined by the person acquiring the note. The interest will be paid semi-annually. On the maturity date the note will be paid by our company. You may wish to renew at that time if so desired.
In 74 years of doing business, our company has never been discharged in bankruptcy, and during these difficult times, not one of our employees was laid off. Our company is totally committed to the USA grown and manufactured products that we make. We wish to expand the reach of our new Cestari American Wool Socks with a marketing campaign and the funds will be principally used for such capital expenditures.
With Cestari Promissory Notes you have the choice to: Keep for yourself, Give away as gifts, or Sell. Whichever you decide, your promissory notes will be redeemed on the date of maturity.
